Property discovery and direct arrangements
Profiles introduce BnBs, hotels and properties offering short or long stays. Owners supply property information. You are responsible for confirming suitability, availability, rates, payment details and stay terms directly with the provider. UrvinAbroad does not confirm reservations, collect stay payments or act as a party to your accommodation agreement.
Owner responsibilities
You must be authorised to promote the property, have permission to use submitted photographs and media, and provide accurate, current descriptions and contacts. Do not publish false amenities, misleading rates, stolen images or details about properties you do not represent. Use a public business contact that you are comfortable displaying.
Review and publication
We may review, request corrections, decline, archive or remove a profile. Publication does not imply verified ownership, independent inspection or guaranteed performance. Editing a published profile sends it through review again before it returns to public discovery.
Submitted content and services
By submitting property content, you give UrvinAbroad permission to display it to reviewers and, after approval, on your public profile. You retain your rights in your content. Cinematic production, paid distribution and other showcase services require separately agreed deliverables, prices and usage rights.
Accounts and appropriate use
Keep account credentials secure and use the service for legitimate property promotion. Do not impersonate owners, submit spam or attempt to access another user’s private records. Contact us if your account or property information may have been misused.
