Accounts and property profiles
When accounts are enabled, Supabase processes account email addresses, authentication credentials and sessions. UrvinAbroad stores property details, owner account identifiers and uploaded photos to manage profiles and review submissions. Account sessions are kept in browser storage so you can stay signed in.
Names you add to your account are used to personalise your dashboard. Contact methods, descriptions, rates and photos you submit for a property become publicly visible after the profile is published. Draft and pending profile records are restricted to the owner and authorised reviewers.
Enquiries and correspondence
Contact and showcase forms prepare an email in your email application. They do not send or store that form on the website. If you send the email, your provider and ours process the correspondence. Direct property contact links open the owner’s email, WhatsApp or website; that provider handles the resulting communication.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical request information to deliver and protect it. If CAPTCHA protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to help distinguish people from automated requests. Supabase handles enabled account, database and photo-storage services. These providers process data according to their own service policies.
Google advertising
If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalise advertising. Ads are kept away from account forms and the owner dashboard. Required consent choices are presented through the configured consent management platform where applicable.

Retention and your requests
We retain enabled account and property information while it is needed to operate the service and manage submissions. You can edit or archive your property in the dashboard. To request account deletion, correction or a copy of information associated with your account, email info@urvinabroad.com from the account email. Some technical logs or backups may remain for a limited period under the providers’ retention practices.
